ولد حسن عبدالعلي آل حمادة في القطيف (الشويكة)، شرق المملكة العربية السعودية، عام 1393هـ/1973م.
- يشغل رئاسة تحرير مجلة (القرآن نور) البيروتية، وعضو هيئة تحرير مجلة (الكلمة) البيروتية.
له أكثر من عشرة كتب وشارك في تحرير وإعداد عدد آخر، كما قدم حلقات حوارية تلفزيونية بعنوان (وما يسطرون) في قناة الأنوار الفضائية.

"زوجة أخرى" نصوص سردية ترتكز على مقاربة (سوسيو - نقدية) للواقع العربي بجميع تمظهراته وإشكالاته، هي نوع من الخطاب الأدبي الجاد الذي ينطلق من النص نفسه باعتباره شاهداً على عصر معين؛ يزدحم بالتناقضات والتعقيدات؛ يكشف عنه حسن آل حمادة عبر مسار درامي ساخر؛ في نمط من الكتابة الدائرية التي تقوم على المراوحة بين الواقع والحلم والخيال، سوف يخلق ما هو أهم من الصدق بين القارئ والمبدع ، الوعي بالواقع ومن ثم الاحتجاج عليه. في الكتاب ثلاثة وخمسون نصاً صيغت بلغة سردية أنيقة، تترفع عن ابتذال المباشرة الجافة، ولا تسقط في الإنشائية الفارغة، ولا تتورع عن ممارسة التصوير الكاريكاتوري الساخر أحياناً ورصد أدق التفاصيل والجزئيات؛ وبهذا المعنى نحن أمام كاتب يندفع بقوة ذاتية أشبه بنافورة يتدفق ماءها بغزارة ليروي عطش كل من يقرأه. تحت عنوان "داعية التعددية" يقول آل حمادة: "تحدَّثَّ عن الحرية.. تكَّلمَّ عن إتاحة الفرص بالسويّة.. انتَقَد الإعلام الرسمي للحكومات.. وزَّع سُبابهُ لمعظم الصحف والمجلات.. لم ينسَ أن ينتقد تحيِّز الفضائيات.. طال لسانه.. تنورّت أفكاره.. أعطي دوراً.. راح يشطب هذا.. ويُبعد ذاك.. رضي قومٌ.. سخط آخرون.. صرختُ فيهم: من ملك استأثر!!". من عناوين الكتاب نذكر: "زوجة أخرى"، "المثقف الجائع"، "بقل وريد"، "الفراشة تأكل الفيل"، "مرثية كفاح"، "خر خشانة"، "المسمار"، "دموع"، "طفلتي"، "لعبة البكاء"، (...) ونصوص أخرى.
