والكتاب يتسم بغزارة مادته وتعدد رواياته وحسن عرضه مع تحري الدقة في هذا العرض، حيث إن المراجع الحديثة تقدم وجهات نظر قد تكون في كثير من الأحيان جديرة بالمناقشة ، ويتضح ذلك بصفة خاصة في الكثير مما يكتبه الباحثون الغربيون، كما أشار الكتاب إلي كثير من الآراء التي تحتاج إلي إعادة نظر, وكان لهذا الكتاب (( الرسول صلي الله عليه وسلم )) أن يصدر ليخاطب في الناس بالبيان قلوباً وصدورا عامرة بيقين الإيمان.
