كتاب أصابع المدرب حوالي 255 صفحة من القطع الكبير والطبعة التي اشتريتها من جرير ذات غلاف سميك المحتوي به أفكار رائعة فصول قصيرة كثيرة تصل في بعض الأبواب إلي 55 قصة وهي أفكار جديدة بالنسبة لي إلا أنها عملية وبسيطة للتطبيق أثناء عملية التدريب لكن الأبواب غير متساوية وبعض الأبواب فيه إسهاب والأبواب الأخري ذكرت بإيجاز مع أنها تحتاج إلي شرح أكثر يمكن أن تتوه داخل الكتاب إذا لم ترجع إلي الفهرس التفصيلي الموضوع في أول الكتاب الباب الخاص بالعصف الذهني رائع إلا أنه موجز يحتاج إلي تفصيل أكثر يوجد تكرار في بعض الفصول أو عدم ترتيب أفضل باب بالنسبة لي هو باب فاكهة التدريب الموجه للأطفال لأننا نظن أن التدريب موجه للكبار فقط وننسي الصغار الباب الخاص بوصايا لنجاح المدربين مأخوذ حرفيا من كتاب دكتور علي الحمادي والمؤلفة ذكرت ذلك في نهاية الباب الباب الأخير أساليب التدريب أوجزت فيه ووضعت خلاصات رائعة رغم أن هذا الباب أساسي في التدريب ويحتمل التفصيل والإسهاب وبشكل عام كتاب أصابع المدرب لغادة الدجوي إضافة حقيقة لمكتبة التدريب وهو مصدر للأفكار والإرشادات للمدربين وقد استعنت به في تحضير بعض البرامج التدريبية ونصيحتي للأستاذة غادة هي إعادة مراجعة الكتاب وتعديل الأبواب والتفصيل في الأبواب المشار لها تحياتي وتقديري للكاتبة د.صديق الحكيم
