بورصة الأوراق المالية من منظور إسلامي (دراسة تحليلية نقدية) شعبان محمد إسلام البرواري يتناول الكتاب وصف بورصة الأوراق المالية، وما يجري فيها من معاملات وعمليات، وما تقوم به من وظائف، ثم يحلل تلك الوظائف والعمليات والمعاملات وينقدها وفق الفقه الإسلامي، ويبيّن ما يوافق الشرع لتنميتها والاستفادة منها، وما يخالفه جتنابها، وتعديل ما يمكن إحداث التعديل فيه ليوافقه. كما يعرض الكتاب لآراء علماء الاقتصاد حول العمليات التي تجري في بورصة الأوراق المالية، ومن ثم يحلل تلك الآراء وينقدها في ضوء المنظور الإسلامي. استناداً إلى المصادر والمراجع الأصلية في الفقه الإسلامي والمراجع المعاصرة التي تتعلق بالاقتصاد الإسلامي، وخاصة المتعلقة منها بسوق الأوراق المالية، لتحليل آراء العلماء المعاصرين حول المسائل الاقتصادية المستجدة حول بورصة الأوراق المالية. وخلص الكتاب إلى بيان أهمية البورصة في الحياة الاقتصادية فذكر أنها تسهل عملية البيع والشراء، فإذا لم تكن الأموال حاضرة فإنها تسهل على المتعاملين الاتجار دون توقف، وأنها أداة لتصريف البضائع دون تعقيد أو تعويض. ثم عرض أنواع المعاملات التي تجري في بورصة الأوراق المالية، وحللها ونقدها من منظور إسلامي. وبيّن الصيغ الشرعية التي تكتمل بها بورصة الأوراق المالية الإسلامية في مسائل الأسهم والسندات والصكوك والعقود الخاصة. لأجل إقامة السوق وفق الضوابط الشرعية. ثم تعرض لآراء علماء الاقتصاد حول شركة المساهمة ودورها في التنمية والاستثمار، وعلاقتها بالأسهم والسندات ومقارنتها بآراء الفقهاء. وتحدث عن التكييف الفقهي لسندات المقارضة ومدى علاقتها بربا الديون، مع بيان الفرق بين المضاربة في الفقه الإسلامي وبورصة الأوراق المالية. وأخيراً تناول ضوابط وشروط إقامة سوق أوراق مالية إسلامية وذلك من خلال التقويم الشرعي والاقتصادي لنموذج بورصة الأوراق المالية العصرية، لتنمية المعاملات التي تتم وفقاً لأحكام الشرع، حتى تأخذ جميع المعاملات الصيغة الإسلامية.
