المتكئة على زهرة الجسد يحمل في ثناياه نفحة شعرية عبر من خلالها الكاتب عن خلجات نفسه، ورسم بكلماته صورة حسية لمشاعره وأحاسيسه التي استفاقت على وقع الأقدام الخارجة من دائرة الليل والموت. "لم يكن الوقت استفاق بعد ولم يكن، حين الأمكنة تلملم وقع الأقدام الخارجة من دائرة الليل والموت. والكاتب في هذه النصوص ينشد راحة لا تهبها المدن الحزينة إلا لمن تعلم كيف يفتح كتاب الموج ويهتدي إلى ذاكرة الوطن والجسد. إنها كالبحث عن نبوءة بين ضجيج الأشياء والكائنات. وما أصبعها من مهمة "تفرشك المزامير نبوءة القرون الأولى (المطر يحرسك في الأرض) (المطر يحرسك في السماء) (تخضر زهرة النار، يخبئك المطر بحنان).
