يعتبر مؤلف «الجريمة الرياضية بين القانون الجنائي والقانون التأديبي للجامعة الملكية لكرة القدم» لبنة من لبنات البحوث التي تؤسس لأحد فروع القانون الذي أصبح متداولا على الصعيد الدولي وهو القانون الرياضي والذي نحن بأمس الحاجة إلى جمعه لاسيما بعد دسترة الرياضة وصدور قانون محاربة العنف في الملاعب. كما تكمن الأهمية العلمية للمؤلف في إبرازه للسياسة الجنائية التي سنها المشرع المغربي لمحاولة الحد من ظاهرة العنف داخل الملاعب ولتحسيسه بقساوة العقوبات المنصوص عليها، ولطرحه للإشكاليات القانونية الناتجة عن تواجد قانون وطني جنبا إلى جنب مع قانون تأديبي خاضع في قواعده وإجراءاته إلى قوانين آمرة للإتحاد الدولي لكرة القدم (FIFA) وهي مقاربة جديرة بتعميق البحث القانوني من حيث خضوع القانون التأديبي الرياضي لرقابة القضاء الإداري باعتبار الجامعات تنفذ مهمة من مهام المرفق العام، واعتبارا أيضا لتطبيق نظرية قبول المخاطر، والتأمين وغيرها من المواضيع المرتبطة ارتباطا وثيقا بالمجال الرياضي.
