قصص لا نعرف لها مؤلفاً ولا عصراً محدداً ولا بلداً ، هكذا جائت الينا عبر العديد من المصادر ، وقد يكون لها اكثر من مؤلف ، بمعني انها كلما مرت علي احد كلما اضاف لها او حذف ، هكذا تكون الخرافه . ويعتقد البعض انها تعبر عن حال الناس وقتها ،وقد يكون هذا صحيحاً وقد يكون ما فيها مبالغه ، فمتعه ان تجنح بخيالك وتخلق عالما تتحكم فيه ، كانت في بدايتها.. ولهذا فكل شئ مباح. والمؤكد ان بها شيئا من المعتقد ،ففي القرآن : النبي سليمان يفهم لغه الحيوانات والطير والحشرات فلماذا لا يتخيل الانسان ان الحيوانات تكلم بعضها البعض ولماذا لا نتخيل كيف تكون حياتهم اذا كان لهم عقل . والملاحظ ان كل الحيوانات تأتى به صفتة ،، بمعني ان له عقل ولسان . ولكن في النهاية الثعلب ماكر والاسد شجاع والكلب وفي ... إلخ وهذا يعكس الانسان الذي ليست له صفه محددة اذا ما كان بلا عقل .. بمعني ان الانسان اذا ذهب عقله فلن نحكم عليه بالذكااء أوالخبث أو الغدر أو الوفاء. وفي هذا الكتاب مجموعه من الخرافات التي تناقلتها الاجيال في مختلف البلدان ، لا ندعي ان بها حكمة وان بها تحليلا لحياتهم ، ولكن علي الاقل هي نموذج لنوع الافكار الشائعه بينهم وقتها .. ويكفي ان نستمتع بها
