في هذا هو الجزء من شرحنا لأحكام قانون التجارة وفيه تناولنا شرح الأحكام الخاصة بالشركات في التشريع الأردني والمنصوص عليها في القانون المدني رقم 43 لسنة 1976 وقانون الشركات رقم 22 لسنة 1997. وقد تناولنا الأحكام المشار إليها بطريقة منهجية علمية تدرجنا فيها من الأحكام والقواعد العامة للشركات منذ تأسيسها وحتى انقضاءها وصولاً إلى الأحكام الخاصة بكل نوع من أنواع الشركات التي نص عليها المشرع الأردني عاملين على أن نقدم للقارئ المعلومة بسيطة وواضحة ومبتعدين قدر الإمكان عن الإسهاب والإطالة فيما لا يلزم فيه الإطالة واستعرضنا من الأحكام والآراء ما يكفي الدارس للاطلاع والفهم دون أن نستغرق في بحث الآراء الغريبة أو التي لا تستند إلى نص قانوني أو تحليل علمي . وحرصاً منا على إكمال الفائدة فقد استندنا إلى أحدث التعديلات التي جرت على قانون الشركات والأنظمة الصادرة بموجبه وأخذنا منها ما يفيد القارئ ويساعده في دراسته النظرية ومجال عمله إذا كان ممن يعملون في نطاق تسجيل الشركات وتأسيسها. وتناول في هذا الكتاب كافة الأحكام المتعلقة بالشركات في فصل تمهيدي وقسمين رئيسيين على النحو التالي: الفصل التمهيدي: وسوف نتناول فيه مواضيع التعريف بالشركات وأهميتها وتطورها التاريخي ومصادر قانون الشركات بالإضافة إلى أنواع الشركات وتقسيماتها. القسم الأول: الأحكام العامة للشركات ونتناول فيه الأحكام الواردة في المواد 582-635 من القانون المدني الأردني باعتبارها القواعد العامة لعقد الشركة. القسم الثاني: الأحكام الخاصة بالأنواع المختلفة للشركات ونتناول فيه جميع الأحكام الخاصة بالشركات المنصوص عليها في قانون الشركات رقم 22 لسنة 1997 وبيان الأحكام الخاصة بكل نوع من هذه الشركات وحسب الترتيب الوارد في القانون.
