القرآن العظيم كان هو شغل الناس الشاغل منذ بدأ نزول الوحي على رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم وحتى كتابة هذه السطور.
ومن ضمن خصائص القرآن الكريم انه صالح لكل زمان ومكان، فلا يعتريه القدم، ولا تأنفه النفوس وسيظل كذلك إلى ان يقضى الله أمرا كان مفعولا.
ورغم أن القرآن الكريم كله معجز وكله فضائل وكله كلام عز وجل وكفى به فصيلة إلا إنه توجد لبعض السور مثل الفاتحة مزية عظيمة.
ومن أجل هذا- اى من اجل تلك الفصيلة والفضائل الكثيرة- قمنا بجمع مادة هذا الكتاب ولما وجدنا نقصا شديدا في تناول بعض السور مثل سورة يس وكثرة التآليف في الفاتحة وآية الكرسي وغيرها من السور القرانية قمنا بتقديم سورة يس في هذا الكتاب على انها الموضوع الرئيسي له لكننا لم نغفل ذكر ام القرآن وآية الكرسي والمعوذتين والاخلاص.
