هذا الكتاب ليس كتاباًُ فى الجغرافيا سواء الطبيعية أو السياسية ، ولكنه كتاب فى القانون الدولى والعلاقات الدولية ، فرع القانون الدولى لمنازعات الحدود ، فقد درسنا فيها المبادىء والقواعد والأحكام العامة فى هذا الفرع الحديث من القانون الدولى العام ، وتم تطبيق ذلك على الحدود البرية والبحرية والعربية والإسلامية ، فقد تبين لنا من خلال ذلك وجود بعض الحدود العربية والإسلامية تم تخطيطها على خلاف ما تقضى به قواعد ومبادىء وأحكام القانون الدولى لمنازعات الحدود ، وتم تدويل ممرات وطنيه ومياه إقليمية لمياه دولية ، ظلماً وعدواناً من القوى الكبرى . وتبين لنا من خلال دراسة الوطن العربى والإسلامى أن الحدود فى هذا الوطن تم تحديدها بيد أعداء هذه الأمة ولصحالها وضد مصالح وحقوق الشعوب العربية والإسلامية ، والغريب ان الحكام فى هذه الدول عبدوا هذه الحدود الوهمية أكث من عبدتهم لله الواحد الأحد ، وعمل على تكريسها رغم علمهم بأنها وهمية وصنعت بيد ألد الأعداء ، ولكن هؤلاء الحكام ارتبطوا بأجندة خارجية تهدف لخدمة ألد أعداء الشعوب العربية ، وترمى لتكريس الفرقة والعداوة بين الشعوب العربية والإسلامية بدرجة مرتفعه مرتفعه من العداوة تمنح مجرد حتى التفكير فى الوحدة .
