ركزت العديد من الدراسات على مفهوم التكنلوجيا ومحاور تطبيقها في العمارة، إلا أنها لم تركز على تأثير التكنلوجيا على العلاقات المادية البصرية في لغة الفضاءات الداخلية المعاصرة خصوصاً العلاقة الشكلية المنشئية التي حظيت بإهتمام ملحوظ لإرتباطها بالقيم الجمالية والإدراكية.
ولغرض معالجة المشكلة تم بلورة أنموذجاً فكرياً مقترحاً للعلاقة التكنلوجية في الفضاءات الداخلية المعاصرة، اعتمد الكتاب المنهج الظاهراتي، الطريقة الوصفية المسحية، جمعت البيانات خلال إستمارة الملاحظة واستخدم التحليل العاملي كأسلوب إحصائي في معاملة البيانات وبإعتماد برنامج (Spss).
واستنتجت الدراسة أهمية المفردات التكنلوجية المتمثلة بقابليتها في الصياغة المبتكرة وغير المألوفة ودرجة الدقة والتنميط وأسلوب العرض والتنوع والتطرف بالزيادة أو النقصان في إعداد العناصر وجحوم مقاطعها وشمولية الحل والتعبير الفني والإحساس الجديد بالبعد الرابع وأخيراً خاصية الشفافية والإنفتاحية والإستمرارية وتوفر إمتداد بصري في العلاقات أو التكوينات الشكلية والمنشئية وعلاقاتهما الناتجة في لغة الفضاءات الداخلية المعاصرة والأهمية النسبية لمفردات العلاقة الشكلية المنشئية المتأثرة بالتكنلوجيا في لغة الفضاءات الداخلية المعاصرة وخصوصاً درجة ترابط العلاقة الشكلية المنشئية وتكويناتهما الناتجة أو الآليات المعتمدة في بناء العلاقة والمتمثلة بطرق التمفصل والإتصال والإنفصال والتداخل والتراكب والتعاشق والإختراق أو طرق التشكيل فضلاً عن إمكانية تلك العلاقة للتعبير الفني والإحساس الجديد بالبعد الرابع وتكاملية الحلول وشموليتها.
