وقد حاولت هذه الدراسة أن يقدم محاولة متواضعة حول مفهوم علم الإجرام والسلوك الإجرامي والنظريات والمدارس المتصارعة في تفسيره مستعيناً بأحكام الشريعة الإسلامية حسب مقتضى الحال.
