(خبايا المطر) خواطر شعرية تتداعى على هيئة موتيفات ونصوص قصيرة يبث الشاعر مشاري عبد الرحمن عبرها أفكاره التي تظل هي الموجّه الشخصي لحركة الخطاب في عمقه ودلالاته وفلسفته؛ ويأتي ذلك عبر سيل من الصياغات التعبيرية المتدفقة من ذاكرة محتشدة بالرؤيا والمعرفة لتحيل خزين الشاعر الذاكروي إلى بنية مأهولة بالمعاني الكبيرة والعميقة في آن.
من "خبايا الحياة" نقرأ: "أتوه بين زحام الأقدام.. ضجيج يعم أرجاء الفضاء.. وأفكار تعصف بذهني تعج في عقلي حروف مبعثرة.. يترسب بعضها وبعضها ينزلق إلى مقصلة المشاعر.. حُكم الليالي السوداء على حَركات غَرزت أظافرها في أنين روحي.. يُصادق العقل على الحكم.. تُجر إلى ساحة الإعدام.. ينسلخ الجبروت مني في آخر لحظة.. بعفو صادر من قلبي لأكتبها.. بدلاً من أن أشنقها!...
وفي هذا العمل، لا يخضع الشاعر مشاري عبد الرحمن بنية نصوصه إلى تركيبة تراتبية متمركزة في مناطق الدلالة، فيبدو حريصاً على كسر نسقية العبارة داخل مرسلته الشعرية كي لا تتمحور الحالة الشعرية على مركز خطاب النص. وهو بهذا يحوّل النص بترف ملفوظاته إلى توليدات نصية تنفتح على آفاق دلالية متعددة، ما يضعنا أمام نصاً بل شاعراً يثير أكثر من قراءة.
يقسم الكتاب إلى العناوين الآتية: 1- خبايا الحياة، 2- خبايا الغياب، 3- الاشتياق.
