«قضايا وتعاليم» هو الكتاب الثالث من – سلسلة عن القضاء أتحدث – لمؤلفه ناصر بن زيد بن داود يضم مجموع مقالات تتمحور حول "التشريعات القضائية" هي حصيلة تجربة المؤلف وخبرته في هذا المجال، يسلط من خلالها الضوء على مؤسسة القضاء في بلاده، عبر حالات خاصة قدم فيها أكثر من دراسة نقدية وأوردها تحت مسمى "تشريعات قضائية لازمة" أثار من خلالها العديد من المسائل التي تحتاج إلى مراجعة ومنها: "تحليف الشهود، ضمان التفريط، هل تتزوج الحامل، الشغار العكسي، الزواج العرفي، الحكم بالاستحسان، إنكار الطلاق، عفو المقتول عمداً، الصيالة، زراعة الحشيش، إبطال دعوى، إلغاء حكم الغير (...) "وغير ذلك من التشريعات القضائية اللازمة الإعادة والنظر مثل "بدائل السجن والجلد"، "دعاوى الاحتساب الإعلامي"، و"تحكيم غير المسلم"، و"قضاء التعويض"، و"تصحيح مسارات بعض الأحكام"، هذه القضايا ناقشها المؤلف في الكتاب بحكمته الصريحة وبعلمه الجامع بين القانون الوضعي من جهة والشريعة الإلهية من جهة أخرى، وأضاف إليها أبعاداً سياسية واجتماعية وثقافية بما يتناسب والواقع المعاش. وختم الكتاب بـ "ورقة عمل بشأن سيادة القانون على الصعيدين الوطني والدولي في الاجتماع الرفيع المستوى للجمعية العامة"، وفيها تأكيد على سيادة القانون كعامل رئيس لتحقيق العدل.(...) وعناوين أخرى.
