يضم هذا الديوان ما يقارب الأربعين قصيدة تراوحت بين الشعر الموزون، والعصري المحدث. في نصوص وضع فيها الشاعر كل خبراته المعرفية والجمالية لتخرج إلى النور في كتاب "مترعاً بالسكينة ومزدحماً بالحضور" ويدخل في عمق العلاقة مع الأشياء التي تلون حياة الإنسان، ودائماً من منطلق إنساني يبحث عن حقيقة ضائعة، وفرح مزيف وربما مستتر "تضوع الحقيقة من كفهِ بسنبلة الفرح المختبي" يكتبه شاعرنا بقلم مشحون بالقلق والخوف على الإنسان، الذي تشبه حياته "أشلاء ملحمة في ظل مرتعد" كما عبر عنها في قصيدة بعنوان [غربة يانعة] حيث يقول: جودي بنزفك واسقيني من البددِ واستنبتي وحشة الميعادِ في أبدي واستوقفي رعشة التاريخ وانتظري... حتى ألم سمائي من ضحى رمدي حتى ألم حكاياتي وأن ث رَ هـ ا أشلاء ملحمة في ظل مُرتعدِ (...)".
