توحي عنونة مجموعة "يَشي بِه الظِّل" للشاعرة شفيقة وعيل إلى ثنائية القيمة العلائقية بين الإنسان وظلِّه، والحفر في هيكيلية الصور وأنساق اللغة الشعرية لإقامة منظومة نصية تتجاوز في وعيها الشعري ومجساتها الذهنية والحسية الواقع، والاتجاه صوب عالم متوهج برموزه الروحية والفلسفية؛ وما يحمله من إحالات باطنية تخرج بها الشاعرة إلى فضاء الوعي الشعري الرحب؛ وهي تفعل ذلك عبر جهاز لغوي ممتلئ بالإيحاء والإثارة وبنى التوالد الجمالي والدلالي معاً.
تحت عنوان (الزِّوايا المَيْتَة) نقرأ للشاعرة شفيقة وعيل:
"رُؤْية.../ أَوْ ظِلّ،/ بل.../ لا شَيء/ قَليلٌ مِن نُفاياتِ الضَّوء/ مُرْبكٌ فِعْلا!!!/ إنّهُ هَذَرُ الانْعكاس/ مُجَرَّدُ خُدْعَة...!/ أظُنُّني أُشبِهُ "النفري" الآن/ هو أيضاً لمْ تَقُلْه اللُّغَة/ مِرْآتًها تُطارِدهُ... وتُطاردني
رُؤْيَا...
مُعقِّدَةٌ حتّى لَحْظَتِها المثُلْى/ مهْوُوسةٌ بأُمْنياتِ التَّجاوزِ القلِق/ مِثلي.../ تحْتاطُ بِهامِشِ تُخَبئ فيه خَرائِطَ التِّيه/ مِساحةُ وَهْم/ مُجرَّدُ مِساحةِ وَهْم/ خُدْعةُ أُخْرى...!!!/ تَبًّا لِتِلْكَ المِرْآة".
بهذه اللغة تملك الكتابة هويتها الشخصية وتشير إلى صاحبتها ومنتجتها في مظاهرها وخصائصها التحولية والتحديثية؛ فالنص عند شفيقة وعيل لا يقف عند حدود اجتراح الفكرة، بل يزدهر ويتسع لأكثر من معنى من الاكتشاف والانفتاح على المجهول والإمساك بلحظة الشعر الغائبة، وذلك هو امتياز الشاعرة.
