يتأسس الخطاب الشعري للشاعر المغربي مصطفى قشنني على اللحظة الزمنية المفتوحة، وعلى المفارقة اللغوية والحدس؛ ففي مجموعته الشعرية المعنونة "في ذمة الضوء"، نجد أن نصوص الشاعر تختصر منظومة كونية شعرية تقع خارج حدود التأويل ووظائفه، وندرك هذا كلما توغلنا في القراءة، "اِرتطمت بالضوء../ الألوان تتكسر/ بسهولة.. الألوانُ تتعرى/ والنورُ حجابٌ شفيفٌ. مغموسٌ/ في غسقِها الجرحُ ومصلوبٌ في/ دمها الوردُ (...)/ وفراشاتها/ أكمامُ أكمامٍ تنتشي/ في سماء الحلم". نستطيع أن نتبين الشعري هنا في علاقات البنية بتفكيك مكوناتها كلها وإحالاتها النصية وتشظيها في الفضاء التداولي للغة وفاعليتها التشفيرية، إذ ثمة علاقة بين المنظور اللغوي واللامنظور في هذا النص، إن جيولوجيا الشعرية عند الشاعر قشنني في معظم نصوص المجموعة تقع بين الوعي وعدمه، بين الحلمي والرؤي، وبين منظومة الانزياحات في المعاني، ومنظومة الانزياحات في الخطاب اللغوي، ومجمل العلاقات الجدلية بين كل موجهات النص والأنا الشاعرة. نقرأ له قصيدة بعنوان "أي هذا الضوء؟" يقول فيها: "كُنْ لي متاها/ أُيهذا الضوءُ/ كن لي يَمَّ سباحةٍ/ كن لي وسادةَ/ أحلامٍ عميقةٍ/ كن لي أغصانَ موسيقى/ كن لي جناحيّ فراشة/ بين شراشفِ هاويتها". بهذه الطاقة التعبيرية والإبداعية والتخييلية الخلاقة يكتب مصطفى قشنني ويتميز؛ فاستحق أن يُقرأ. يضم الكتاب ما يقترب من التسعون قصيدة في الشعر العربي الحديث جاءت تحت العناوين الآتية: "أمضي إلى حيث ينتظرني سواي"، "اسأل العتمة من أن يأتي"، "الضوء؟"، "حلول"، "سحابتك"، "في ذمة الضوء"، "تلك الغيمة"، "نكاية في جرحك"، "مغموسة في وميضها"، "الأزهار مفخخات بمعناها"، "شرشفها الندي"، (...) وقصائد أخرى.
