هو تجربة جديدة في الكتابة، أخوضها مع صديقاي كي ديه وسعيد، لعلنا نعبِّر عما مررنا به خلال عامين منصرمين، أو لعلنا نعثر معكم على بعضٍ من أحلامنا المفقودة...!".
وفي الرواية ترافق الكاتبة "العطعوط" صديقاها كي ديه وسعيد في رحلة إلى البلدان التي اشتعلت فيها الانتفاضات والثورات، ترقب كي ديه يحمل كاميرته الديجيتال متجولاً، مصوراً الساحات والشوارع والناس كفنان. أما حلمه فبدأ بالتقاط صورة له مع البوعزيزي البطل، معزّياً النفس بأنها فرصته الذهبية للشهرة، ولكن الواقع كان أبعد مما يطمح إليه هذا الشاب وصديقه وكل أبناء جيله...
وهكذا، تقدم الرواية، انطلاقاً من وقائع معينة عاشتها بلدان الربيع العربي صورة شاملة لما يحدث وما نزال نشهده على أكثر من صعيد، بأسلوب الفن الروائي ومن خلال الغرافيتي الذي برز كأحد الأدوات الأساسية في مواجهة الطغاة والأنظمة، في محاولة من الكاتبة لنقل الملامح الأساسية لتجارب الغرافيتي وخاصة في الدول التي تعيش حالة التعتيم الإعلامي، مثل سوريا والبحرين وغيرها من الدول. وبمعزل عن النوع الأدبي، يعكس الخطاب السردي تأثراً واضحاً في تصوير الواقع الذي أدّى إلى الثورات، وحمل معاناة، آلام، وأحلام الشارع العربي، والموقف منها، ومقدرة تقنية وفنية، وقدرة على الرصد والوصف والتصوير، وما يصحّ على الرواية يصحّ في الحياة.
