"سادة الأقوال في القيادة والقادة" كتاب يجمع بين المتعة والفائدة ينتقل خلاله حاتم بن أحمد الجديبا بين طيات الكتب والمقالات وغيرها من وسائل معرفية وإعلامية أخرى ينهل منها ما جاء في "علم القيادة والإدارة"؛ لإخراج أروع وأبرع ما قيل في هذا الحقل لكبار القياديين والإداريين والمنظّرين في هذا العلم المهم أمثال بيتر دراكر، وستيفن كوفي، وجون ماكسويل، وغيرهم. يقول المؤلف عن عمله هذا: "(…) أردت أن تكون هذه الأقوال مثل الغذاء القيادي والإداري والتحفيزي للرغبة والتوجه القيادي والإداري لدى الأشخاص الذين يجدون في أنفسهم هذا التوجه والميول، أو ممن يمارس القيادة والإدارة حقيقة على أرض الواقع. ومن المعلوم أنّ للكلمة الإيجابية الحسنة تأثيرها على نفسية وعقلية السامع أو القارئ، ورُبَّ قول يقرؤه أو يسمعه شخص ما فيطبع ويرسخ في ذهنه مما يدفعه إلى تغيير في شخصيته أو سلوكه، أو يحوّر الشخصية لشيء آخر أجمل وأفضل؛ فالكلمة لها مفعولها ووزنها بلا شك". من هنا أراد المؤلف أن يكون كتابه هذا "مصدر إلهام وتحفيز إيجابي.. يفيد القارئ ويروي عقله وسلوكه". وعليه قُسم الكتاب إلى جزئين: الجزء الأول (عن القيادة) والجزء الثاني (عن القادة). من أقوال الكتاب الملهمة اخترنا لك: - "القيادة مزيج من القوة والقدرة على الإقناع والإكراه، وهي ظاهرة إبراز شخصيتك الخاصة بك؛ بحيث تجعل أفرادك يعملون ما تريده منهم حتى ولو كانوا غير متحمسين للقيام بالعمل المطلوب". المارشال ويليام سلم
