هو «قلم في يد امرأة» تحاول أن ترسم به ذاتها، حتى ولو غابت عنه الألوان، نعم نهضت الأنثى المحشورة بداخلها وصاحت "نبضي حبر.. وعمري ورق.." فقررت الشاعرة الشابة أن تكتب بطريقة مختلفة.. أن ترسم مشاعرها على لوحة كبيرة.. إن اشتغالات "إيثار المصيبيح" تتجانس في رؤياوية شخصية تحمل بنى الحلم والحياة والوجود، وتسبر أغوار النفس الإنسانية عبر تثوير فاعلية الحرف وجماليته، ولغة الحلم وانسيابيتها، واستنطاق الحدس وفاعليته، والخيال الخصب وامتداداته.
تحت عنوان "قلم في يد امرأة" تقول إيثار المصيبيح: "سخرية قدر.../أن تمتلك أنثى قلماً من ذهب/حبره قطرات دافئة من روحها/تبعثر به بنات أفكارها/ترسلها إلى أعلى جبال الأرض/ليصدح بسحر كلمات مكونة/من نسيج قوس قزح./ترتقيه ليلاً/إلى أبراج عاجية محرمة/تنهكها صعوداً/تصل بعدها إلى عليين/فتبكي ذاتها حبراً...".
قدم هذا العمل بكلمة الأستاذ فهد عامر الأحمدي ومما جاء فيها: "... حين بدأت قراءة المخطوطة الأولية للكتاب وجدتني عالقاً بين كلمات عذبة رشيقة.. وأفكار تتداعى كقصص قصيرة لا تملك نهايات أليمة.. لمست مناجاة من نوع جديد بعضها موجه لعاشق خيالي وآخر لظالم مجهول.. بعضها يناجي الفراغ وآخر يسترجع وجعاً قديماً.
خواطر وذكريات مشفّرة تحتاج لفك رموزها وقراءتها أكثر من مرة. (...)، قد تكون في بداية الطريق؛ ولكن المؤكد أنه الطريق الصحيح الذي سترسخه غداً بأسلوب خاص بها... لا أعلم حقيقة كيف ستصنف كتابها هذا.. لا أعلم هل ستعتبره نوعاً من النثر أم الشعر أم الخواطر أم مجرد كلمات ذات إيقاع... ما أعرفه بكل بساطة أن ما يخرج من القلب.. يدخل القلب بلا استئذان...".
