«لمن لا يهمه الأمر» نصوص نثرية كُتبت بعاطفة مشبوبة تلامس المشاعر وتهز المألوف وتجادل الرتابة وتقتنص مفارقات الحياة وتثير الأسئلة وتنتظر الأجوبة؛ وبمعنى آخر هي مخزون زاخر بالأفكار والرؤى والتصورات والأوضاع والأزمات والأحوال والتعاسات والطموحات وما لا حصر له من التفاصيل التي عشناها جميعاً أو ما يزال الكثير منا يعيشها من دون أن يستطيع الخروج منها.. تقدمها "سيما الأزعر" في قالب سردي إيحائي دال يتناسب وإيقاع العصر...
تقول الكاتبة سيما الأزعر: "أحب أن أكتب حتى عندما لا أعلم عن ماذا ولماذا سأكتب... أريد فقط أن أجرب... أن أرسم الأحرف على شكل كلمات قد تؤدي المطلب... أو قد تضيع بعيداً عمّا وددت قوله، فلا أؤدي المرجو من الغرض.. وقد لا تعني شيئاً أو تتكرر فتعيد كثيراً مما أسلفت وأعدت ذكره.. أشياء كثيرة رددتها وأعود وأكررها كلما زادت أو جُبلت على كتابتها مطولاً... قلمي هو فرشاتي وكلماتي هي خطوط رسماتي والورق يمثل اللوحة أو مجموع لوحاتي ولكن الألوان لا تظهر في الكتابات إلا بالمغزى وما يفهمه القارئ من المعنى".
في النص المعنون "لمن لا يهمه الامر" نقرأ:
"لمن لا يهمه الأمر.../ ولا يعنيه إن كان ما يصنعه خيرٌ أم شر.../ إلى من عاش ضميراً مستتراً أو كان تمثالاً للحرية وكان بعيداً عن النظر.../ إلى من تعود على رواية الدُرر../ ولكن في باطنه شَابَ على نشر الضرر، لا يحتاج منك لأي عذر/ ولا تأبه بإعطائه أي مُبرر.../ لمن لا يهمه ولكن يستعصي عليه الأمر،/ لا تشتكي وابتعد عن التذمر وانسى أن تتحسر،/ كل ما عليك فعله هو البحث عن الحل حتى تجد ضالتك وتنجز كل ما تريده طوال العمر...".
يضم الكتاب خمس وخمسون نصاً نثرياً جاءت تحت العناوين الآتية: "ما بين البينين"، "هل جميع الناس جواهر كالألماس؟"، "سويعات ودقائق وأجزاء من الثانية"، "هل ما زلت كما كنت قبل التخرج؟"، "هل تقطن وطن النيكوتين؟"، "هل الطريق فعلاً مسدود؟"، "هنا وهناك أينما كنا"، (...) وعناوين أخرى.
