لعلّ من أهم المعوقات في الاتصال الفكري بين الناس، يكمن في ماهية استخدام الأسلوب والوسيلة المناسبة لعقل هذا الإنسان المُتعامل معه، فهنالك حقيقة نجهلها، وهي أننا لا نملك عقول الآخرين، ولكن نملك فحسب الطَّرْق على باب العقول وبلياقة، وقد نُمنع من الدخول، وقد ندخل، ولكن لا يستضيفنا العقل الآخر، ففشل في الإقناع.
ولقد كلّمنا الله تعالى في كتابه الكريم، بالأسلوب والوسيلة المناسبتين، وكذلك الرسول صلى الله عليه وسلم، وهو مُعلّم البشرية، علّمنا بالأسلوب والوسيلة المناسبتين أيضاً. أما نحن البشر مع بعضنا البعض، فإننا – للأسف – نُعَلِّم وبيدنا المطرقة، ونحاول أن نقنع الآخرين بما نريد إيصاله من معلومات بفرض المعلومة فرضاً على الآخرين، متناسين أن لكل إنسان عقل مختلف عن الآخر، ولكل عقل بابه ومفتاحه، معتقدين أنّ صدق النية، وحُبّ الخير للآخرين، يسمح لنا بفرض المعلومة بالقوة، فمهما كانت هذه المعلومة قيِّمة، فإنه لا يمكن للعقل الآخر أن يتقبلها حين تُفرض عليه فرضاً.
إن ما نملك من مشاعر وأفكار ونصائح طيبة تجاه الآخرين هي بمثابة جواهر لا تُقدر بثمن، وعلى صاحبها أن يتعلّم كيف يكون صانعاً ماهراً، بحيث إنه يصوغ مجوهراته بذوق رفيع يناسب محبوبه، وألَّا يكون صائغاً فاشلاً يقدم الثمين، ولا تُقبل بضاعته مجاناً.
إن الحبيب المصطفى – عليه الصلاة والسلام – الذي أُوتي جوامع الكلم، لخَّص لنا فنّ التواصل بكلمات موجزة، فقال: "أُمِرْت أنْ أُكَلِّمَ الناسَ على قَدْرِ عُقُولِهِمْ".
على هذه القاعدة الإيمانية لفن التواصل بين البشر جاء كتاب الأستاذة مها منير فتحة المعنون «مهارات التواصل وأساليب الإقناع في فن سياحة الأفكار بين العقول» في محاولة لعرض صورة بديعة للتواصل مع الغير، لعلها كما أرادت لها المؤلفة تكون الصورة الأنموذجية لكل مسلم، بل لكل إنسان على وجه الأرض.
