هل تعرفون ما سبب الحماسة التي تسود منزل آل سيلفر هذا الصباح؟حسناً، أنا سأخبركم ثمّة حدث مميّز جداً تنتظره مدينة الضباب "عودة مومياء الملك تمسيس".لكن لا داع للخوف؛ فالمومياء لن تعود حقاً هذا ليس سوى عنوان المعرض الذي يقيمه الأستاذ سالومون تروتر، عالِم الآثار الأشهر في العالم للمرّة الأولى، سيتمكن الناس من رؤية مومياء الملك القديم والتابوت الذي يرقد فيه منذ مئات ومئات السنوات أليس هذا رائعاً؟في هذه القصة سيكون الأطفال على موعد مع فريق رائع من أقرانهم الصغار ربييكا وليو ومارتن وناتي والوطواط الطائر والرجل الذي اكتشف مومياء الملك تمسيس الأستاذ سالومون تروتر يشاركونهم مغامراتهم في البحث عن مومياء الملك تمسيس التي يبدو أنها استيقظت!! لا بل خرجت من المتحف قبل أن يبدأ عالم الآثار الشهير عرضه حولها... ولولا هؤلاء الصغار الأشقياء وصديقهم الوطواط الطائر لما عادت مومياء الملك القديم إلى مكانها في التابوت مثل طفل صغير...القصة هي مزيج من الواقع والخيال تُعرّف الأطفال على عصور مضت كانت جثث الملوك تُحنط لتعيش بعد الموت في العالم الآخر على هيئتها كما كانت في الحياة الدنيا كما كان يعتقد الفراعنة وغيرهم... وقد أضفَتْ هذه القصة نوعاً من الفانتازيا الغرائبية والشيقة بأن جعلت مومياء ملكٍ قديم تستقيظ وتخرج لتشارك الأطفال حياتهم المرحة…
