سألـمُّ يومًا ما تناثرَ من صدى
قدمَيكِ حولَ ضفافِ قلبي
مثلَ عطرِ النارِ يفجأني…
النوارسُ في دمي تبكي
لأوَّلِ مرَّةٍ في الرّوحِ… تملأني بدمعِ شقائقِ النعمانِ
قلبي زائدٌ عن حدِّهِ
أو ناقصٌ من وردهِ
شفةً تقلِّمُ لي حنانَ الأرضِ وهو يفيضُ عن وجهي
وعن لغةِ ارتحالي في الضبابْ
سأَلمُّ يومًا ما بأهدابي زهورَ بحيرةِ الحُمَّى
تهدهدُ روحَ لامرتينَ في شفقِ العذابْ
تضيئني لغتي بلا قمَرٍ رخاميٍّ
ويطفئني عراءُ جمالكِ الممهورِ بالموجِ الحزينِ
على ذبول الصمتِ والمهدورِ بالنعناعِ في أبدِ السَّحابْ
