هكذا تفعلُ الأشياءُ فعلَتَها
ويُحرِّكُ الوقتُ أقدرَانا يا عزيزتي
لقد صرتُ مولعًا بالأثرِ
الَّذي يتركُهُ حذاءُ الوهمِ على رصيفِ الأحداثِ
مهمومًا بالتحوُّلاتِ ومُراقبًا لها
أتحسَّسُ جُرحًا في القدَم اليُسرى
أحدثه سُقوطي في رُدْهَةِ المنزلِ
ثُمَّ أقولُ: ”
لو انتبهتُ لزُجاجة الماءِ على المنضدةِ
لما ذهبتُ لأجلبَ غيرَها”،
لكنَّني أَستطردُ: ”
رُبما لو انتبهتُ، لكانت مُسمَّمةً!”
