وقف طارق عند طرف الكوبري اللاتيني لمدة طويلة لم يلحظ فيها تحرك ظله كثيرا من حوله .. هنا حيث وقف معها منذ فترة، يقف الآن مجددا، ولكن هذه المرة وحده! .. يفتقدها بشدة! ليت تيار هذا النهر يمر عبر صدره فيطفئ لهيبا مستعرا بداخله أو يملأ فراغا سبّبَه غيابها!
وقف يتأمل نهر ميلجاكا بعمق، وكان كلما أمعن فيه نظره وجده كالبئر .. يزداد عمقا! أو وجده كالمرآة التي ترد إليه نظراته وكلماته وهو حسير! كان يتمنى أن يبتلع النهر أحزانه، لكنه أبى هذه المرة أو لعله لم يكن ليتسع لذلك! .. كانت الحركة الرتيبة لموجاته الدقيقة ودوّاماته الساذجة كافيتين لاستجلاب كافة ذكرياته من منبعها وكأنها خطاطيف حادة!
حرَّكت نسمات هواء شتاء سراييفو الباردة ذكرياته، كان المكان التاريخي العتيق مناسبا لذلك .. فمن حيث يقف الآن أُطلقت صافرة بداية الحرب العالمية الأولى، هنا حيث قُتل الأرشيدوق فرانز فرديناند ليشتعل العالم كله! يقف على كوبري تاريخي بناه العثمانيون أول مرة عندما كان سلطانهم ممتدا إلى حيث يقف الآن قبل أن ينقلب الحال وتسيطر الإمبراطورية النمساوية! .. ليته يدري إلى أين تذهب البوسنة الآن!؟ وهل سينجو هذا الجسر في هذه الحرب الضروس!
مفترق طرق! .. الألم يعتصر رأسه والتفكير يستنزف كل خلايا عقله!
لماذا تُلِّح عليه صورة الرئيس علي عزت بيجوفيتش بهذه القوة مؤخرا!؟ هو لا يدري كما لا يدري أنه على وشك الدخول في مغامرة لن يتحكم بها على الإطلاق! ستتشابك أحداث حياته كخيوط العنكبوت، سيكون كورقة شجرة جافة في مهب ريح يوم عاصف، لا يدري أن حياته المقبلة ستكون أيقونة تحكي القصة الكاملة بفصولها الدامية!
فكره مشتت للغاية، اعتصر رأسه بيديه و …
وفجأة عاد إلى الواقع إثر صوت انفجار عنيف هز الأرض حوله كالزلزال .. الهاون الصربي يزمجر مجددا! السماء تُمطر جحيما كالذي يشعر به بداخله .. لن يحتمل جحيمين، لابد أن يُسرع إذا!
