«فلتكوني بخير» عمل روائي للكاتبة الكويتية أروى الوقيان يقدم وعياً للحظة التاريخية، في إطار اجتماعي خاص، له هويته المحلية والاجتماعية والأيديولوجية ويكشف عن الاشتباك بالعالم والاهتمام بأحداثه وقد أعادت تشكيلها الكاتبة في سياق نص إبداعي، ورصد تشكل في حدود بناء قابل للقراءة والتفكيك.
في تظهير الحكاية تبدو الشخصيتان الرئيسيتان في العمل، الصحافي "فارس"، والأستاذة الجامعية "ريم" نمطين أيديولوجين واضحين في نص الرواية يُعبر كلُ واحد منهما عن وجهة نظر خاصة إلى الحياة؛ ويشكلان إطاراً نموذجياً تتشكل حدوده وفق جزئيات عديدة تكشف توجيهاً سردياً خاصاً، تتحرك في إطاره كل شخصية في إطار عالِم متغير ومفاجئ في أحداثه ووقائعه وشخوصه، يبدو فيه الحبّ شيئاً على قائمة الانتظار. وبهذا المعنى، سنشهد على قصة حبٍّ بين رجلٌ خُلق لرصد الموت والمأساة، وامرأة خُلقت وهي تحب الحياة، التقيا في غفلة من الزمن، وعاشا أزمة فراق لا تنتهي.
من أجواء الرواية نقرأ:
"كنت عاشقاً في قمة الخيبة، أتربع على عرشها كملك متوّج للخسائر.. يحدث أنني أحببت المرأة الأكثر عذوبة، ويحدث أنها أحبتني يوماً بجنون، ولكن لم يكن جنونها كافياً، لتقبل حياتي – كصحافي موت – كما كانت تُلقبني دوماً.. ولكني على يقين بأن حبها لي لم يكن كافياً.. وكم أحب فكرة أنها قد تكون سعيدة وهي بعيدة عني، متخلصة من هذا القلق الذي أسببه دوماً لها..
المشكلة أني التهمت حبها كجائع أفريقي.. قُدمت له وليمة "ديك رومي" في عيد الشكر، ما كنت لأكتفي، كنت دوما أريدها أكثر.. ما حدث.. أنها ليست لي.. قمة المأساة أن تعيش حبا يبدو مثاليا من كل النواحي، إلا في شيء واحد.. وهذا الشيء هو السبب في أزمة فراق لا تنتهي.. وكأنك عقدت صفقة مع إسرائيلي نذل بأنك لن تطأ موطنك مرة أخرى.. وأنت أرض طاهرة، حرمت على قلبي أن يطأها.. عجزت أن أنساك.. ولكنكِ نسيتني وعشت حياتك.. وكأني لم أكن.. وكأني لا أحد".
