وُلد بسام أحمد مفلح السلمان في الرمثا يوم 1/11/1963.
• حصل على شهادة البكالوريوس في الصحافة والإعلام.
• يعمل سكرتيراً للتحرير في صحيفة «الرأي» اليومية الأردنية.
• صدرت له رواية بعنوان «دموع الكرامة» ضمن منشورات وزارة الثقافة، 1991.
• فاز بجائزة رابطة الكتاب الأردنيين لغير الأعضاء في مجال الرواية، مرتين؛ سنة 2003 عن مخطوطته «الجسد المستباح»، وسنة 2007 عن مخطوطته «ثقب في الجدار»، كما فاز بجائزة نعمان ناجي الأدبية العالمية عن مخطوطته الروائية «ماسح الأحذية» (2007).
• عمل باحثاً في مركز للدراسات (1990)، ومندوباً صحفياً في مجلس النواب (1992 -1993).
• رأس تحرير مجلة التراث (2000/2001).
• ناشر ورئيس تحرير موقع «الرمثا نت».
Book Description
أحداث الرواية التي تبدو للوهلة الأولى عادية جدا، إلا أنها تتقاطع مع أحداث سياسية كبرى مرّ بها الأردن والمنطقة عموما، وتركت آثارها على مصير شخصيات الرواية، وكأن الحزن الكبير المنبث في صفحات الرواية وحياة شخصياتها ليس إلا انعكاسا للحزن الذي تركته الأحداث المأساوية التي مرّ بها تاريخنا المعاصر، وهو ذات زمن أحداث الرواية، بدءا من هزيمة حزيران 1967 مع العدو الإسرائيلي، مرورا بأحداث أيلول 1970، وما تلا ذلك من أحداث وحروب مأساوية لم تتوقف حتى يومنا هذا. يقول الكاتب على لسان إحدى الشخصيات:" نحن شعوب تمنعنا ذاكرتنا من الفرح والسعادة، هي محسوبة علينا بشكل يجعلنا نسرقها سرقة، وننهبها نهبا من أوقاتنا، ونغتصبها اغتصابا. السعادة ممنوعة في شرقنا كما هو الحب، وكما هو كلام الشعراء والحالمين بالحب والحرية. تُوجِّهنا دائما الممنوعات، وتمنعنا من نشر سعادتنا وضحكاتنا. ذاكرتنا مليئة بالأحزان والموت وقتل العشاق والشعراء.."
الرواية مكتوبة بلغة رومانسية متناسبة مع أجواء أحداثها.
" أنا وأنتَ نجلس الآن معا، أعرفكَ منذ طفولتي، لم يخطر ببالي لحظة واحدة أن تكونَ حبيبي. لا أدري لماذا اخترتكَ من بين كل الناس لتروي حكايتي. أُخبرك عن الماضي- ماضي، الذي لا أعرف كيف أدفنه. أنا يا رجلا جاء بعد أن انقطع وتر عودي، أحاول إنهاء لحن جديد من حياتي..
وتقول لي:
" كل شيء يمكن إصلاحه"
