يفضل الإنسان الذي يطمح للكمال أن يتناغم مع كل المعطيات من داخله، ويستمتع بكل معطيات الطبيعة من حوله؛ فيسود داخله سلام ومحبة وهدوء بين العقل والنفس والروح. فكل المصاعب والأمراض التي تمر بالإنسان في حياته وضعت في طريقه حتى يتعلم ويترقى في داخله. فالحياة بأسرها يحكمها القانون الإلهي، ورغم أن الإنسان يتعين عليه أن يتحمل الألم والصعاب والمشكلات في حياته. ويجب اعتبارها فرصة لاكتساب الحكمة وضبط النفس، والسمو والارتقاء، إلا أن الطاقة الروحية دائما ما ترتقي بالإنسان، وتمنحه سلام النفس وقوة الجسد وتروض النفس؛ لذا فعندما يتعلم الإنسان أن يستمد النور الداخلي، فإن داخله يمكن أن تسمو لتمدده بالقوة وتطهر كل خلية في جسده.
وتوصف الفلسفة أحيانا بأنها التفكير في التفكير، أي التفكير في طبيعة التفكير والتأمل والتدبر، كما تعرف بأنها محاولة الإجابة عن الأسئلة الأساسية التي يطرحها الوجود والكون.
