عاشَت حياتها كما يحلو لها، وها هي تدفع الثمن! ثمن النوم في حضن كل رجلٍ أرادته، فكانت نظرات الرجال إليها غذاءها، ومشاعرهم المكبوتة في قلوبهم مخرجَ شهوتها؛ كل من ترك زوجته كان يقصِد حضنها فيرتشِف عسلها، كل من هاجت عليه الهموم تقطعه كان يبحث عن الحنان بين شفتيها، وكل من تغزَّل فيها ورسَم دور الحبيب العاشق الولهان كان سبيله حضنها..
لم تُحِب رجُلًا قَط، وحتى عندما شعرت بالراحة مع أحدهم سرقَها وتركَها وحيدةً في بلدةٍ بعيدةٍ وهرَب..كرِهَت كل الرجال؛ يُحبِّون أنفسهم أكثر من أي شيء، رغباتهم فوق رغبات الجميع، وكأن الأنثى أداةٌ يمارسون عليها كل أنواع الاستمتاع لذاتِهم ثم يتركونها كسلةِ قمامةٍ ليس لها أي قيمة، لم تقابل في حياتها سوى رجالٍ عديمي الإحساس، وإن مثَّل أحدهم دور رجل ذي مشاعرَ ويحترم الأنثى، يكون ذلك لغرضٍ ما، وهو أن يصل إلى مبتغاه منها.. فالأنثى ما هي إلا جسدٌ في مجتمعٍ ذكوريٍّ لا يعطيها حقوقها، حتى وإن حاولت إحدى النساء أن تكون ذا قوةٍ وشأن، ينتهي بها الأمر لأن تكون مجرَّد أداةٍ أو جسدٍ بين يدَي زوجها فيلهو بها كيفما يشاء.. ولحظات الحب تلك التي يحاول أن يبدو فيها الرجل حبيبًا مخلصًا، لا تكون غير لحظاتٍ مؤقتةٍ وتنقضي.. رجالٌ بلغت بهم الأنانية مداها فلا يُدرِكون أبدًا أن كل لحظةٍ تمر على الأنثى بين أحضان رجُلِها تترك بصمةً داخل روحها..
