يتعرض الكتاب أيضًا في فصله الأخير إلى مجموعة مِن الأمثلة لكوارث طبيعية عربية وعالمية حدثتْ خلال السنوات السابقة بالتحليل والمناقشة، وذلك لإعطاء القارئ فكرة أكثر وضوحًا، ومدعمة بالأرقام والصور لهذه الكوارث، بما يشكِّل شيئًا مِن رسم للدروس المستفادة، واستشرافًا لمَا يمكن أن يحدث مستقبلًا في حوادث متشابهة.
