الفصاص :عقوبة مقدرة شرعاً تتمثل في معاقبة الجاني بمثل ما فعل فمن قتل يقتل و من قطع أذن غيره مثلاً تقطع أذنه و من جرح غيره يجرح من نفس المكان الذي جرح غيره منه و هكذا
الحدود و القصاص من جنس واحد، و لا يحق للحاكم أن تأخذه الرأفة في تنفيذها.
