فقليلة هي العصور التي شهدت كعصرنا، وبالوتيرة نفسها، وبالتراكيب الوثيقة، هذا القدر الوفير من الثورات العلمية في مجالات التقانة والمعلوماتية، وما اثرت به على السياسة والفكر الاجتماعي، وقد ازدادت المعارف من كل نوع، مما أدى الي إعادة النظر أيضا في العلاقات الدولية، في المجالات المختلفة، العسكرية والاقتصادية الي درجة ان جرت بعض المراجعات للممارسات في مختلف الميادين، وما كان بالأمس من اهتمامات الفلسفة او حتى التاريخ أصبحت له انعكاسات جديدة على الاقتصاد وعلم السياسة
