لم يكن لمحمد أي عمل بالأسبوع الأول من إقامته، لكنه بدأ بالبحث وتقديم الطلبات كانت مؤهلاته جيدة وشخصيته جدية بالعمل، لكن بلد سارة كانت فرص العمل بها ضئيلة جدا، مما صعب الأمر عليه، وأرهقه جدا بالأسبوع الأول تحديدا بسبب طول الوقت وقلة مشاغله، ولم تسعه الفرحة إذ جاء يوم الخميس ليرى سارة علّ الروح المتكئة على جسده تعود للحياة من جديد ..
بدأ صباحه على ألحان أغنياته المفضلة، كان يحب صوت المغني تامر حسني، وحماسه، ويشعر أنه يعيش في عالم آخر حين يسمعه رغم سماعه وحبه للطرب الأصيل الذي يميل لسماعه ليلا بالغالب، وأخذت الأغاني تتوالى أغنية تلو الأخرى ..
"ولسى اللي جاي أحلى ..
أنا بحبك موت..
ضحكتها ما بتهزرش ...الخ"
كان ذلك كفيل بخلق روح جديدة داخله ودب النشاط بجسده ، استحم وأفطر وخرج ليركض قليلا، ثم عاد من مشواره الصباحي
اتصل على سارة ليؤكد على حضوره، وأخبرها أن روحه تحلق منذ الصباح إذ سيراها اليوم وبعد أن أغلق السماعة وكالعادة بلع لسانه الخجل أرسل لها :
لو تعلمين كم من الشوووق لك بأيسري ..
أحبك
ثم جهز نفسه وقد ارتدى قميصا أبيضا وبنطالا أسود، وعطر نفسه حتى لكاد يفرغ زجاجة العطر عليه، ثم نزل واستقل سيارة الأجرة متجهاً لبيت سارة، فتوقف بالطريق وأخذ معه باقة أزهار لسارة، فتذكر الخالة أم سارة واشترى لها باقة أخرى..
كان محمد يشعر بالسعادة المطلقة حين يرى الخالة أم سارة، امرأة أربعينية رقيقة جدا وفاتنة جدا بيضاء ممشوقة القوام راقية الحديث ولا ترتدي إلا حجابا أبيض، وكثيرا ما تهيأ له أنها ملاك متجسد بهيئة بشر..
