كانت لیلة باردة من أيام نيسان بسمائه الصافية، وكانت الساعة تشير إلى الثانية عشرة بعد منتصف الليل ، عندما كنت عاٸداً من خطبة صدیقي مشیاً علی الاقدام ، اقتربت من المنزل الذي اقطن فیه.
رأیت شخصاً متجها نحوي یتمایل شمالاً ويميناً؛ قبل ان یصل إِلي وقع علی الارض ، ذهبت للاطمٸنان علیه فاذا بي اتفاجأ, انها فتاة ، الاسٸلة التي کانت تدور في رأسِي ماذا تفعل هذه الفتاة في هذه الساعة؟ من هي؟
حاولت ان اوقظها ولکن دون جدوی کانت راٸحة الخمر تفوه منها بدأت افکر هل ادخلها الی بیتي حتی الصباح ولکن إن فعلت ستتعرض سمعتي للإساءة وهذه الفتاة الله یعلم اصلها ، ترکتها وابتعدت خطوات الی الامام ولکن ضمیري انبني ورجعت الیها حملتها الی بیتي ترکتها تنام وقررت ان اوقظها بعد صلاة الفجر لم انم تللك اللیلة وحینما اقترب الفجر ذهبت للمسجد صلیت وعدت مسرعا لکي اوقظها وتخرج قبل ان یروها الجیران وهي تخرج من بیتِي نادیتها اختاه استیقظي کررت النداء ولم تسمع فکرت في نفسي ایعقل ان تکون ماتت لاقدار الله فتحت الباب ودخلت مسرعاً سحبت الغطاء من فوقها دون ان اشعر بما افعل رأيت ما لم تره عیني یوما سبحان الله العظیم۔
