وهي رواية من أدب الفانتازيا تدور أحداثها في الزمن المعاصر ولكن بأبطال من الميثولوجيا السورية القديمة مثل تموز وحدد وعشتار، في أحداث خيالية مثيرة نجحت الكاتبة في نسجها ببراعة.
اقتباس من الرواية:
أظهر "تموز" نفسه للرجل المرتعب الذي تعلو أنفاسه وتهبط كاشفة عن مدي التوتر والعبء النفسي الذي يعانيه، صدم القاتل حينما وجد ذلك الجرم البشري الهائل العاري يتجسد لعينيه، حدق بفزع وسمع صوتا عميقا مخيفا يقول له برضا:
"إنني أتقبل قربانك؛ أتقبله وأمنحك ربيعا دائم الخضرة!"
فزع الرجل وتجمد مكانه للحظة، نظر إلى ذلك الجرم وحاول أن يطلق صرخة لكنه فشل في ذلك، أربد وجهه من فرط الذعر، ثم اندفع هابطا تاركا سطح المعبد المهجور ملقيا سكينه بجوار القتيل المسجى تحت قدمي "تموز"، وفر هاربا لا يلوي على شيء؛ لم يهتم "تموز" به بل تحول لينظر إلى الجثة النازفة بلا توقف وابتسم وهو ينحني عليها:
"قربان مقبول أيها المجنون، ولعل قرابين أخري تلحق به عما قريب!"
