في كتابها المعنون «وليدة اللّحظة» تجمع الكاتبة هوازن أحمد مرزا مراحل حياتها وعواطفها وانفعالاتها ومشاعرها تجاه الكون والناس في موضوعات متفرقة، كلّ موضوع يُبرز شيئاً من ذاتها في قالب أدبي بعيد عن التحيز، وبموضوعية تمتزج فيها روح البلاغة مع خبرات التدريس للغة العربية بكوامنها وجمال أسلوبها.
أرادت الكاتبة هوازن أحمد مرزا أن تكتب عن حياتها في موضوعات مختلفة جمعتها في خمسين نصاً، وتكفي قراءة هذه النصوص ليتبيّن لنا شفافية الإحساس والصدق لدى الذات/الكاتبة، وخاصةً إنها تلامس بقلمها مواقف حياتية بواقعية وتأمل.
الموضوعات تحمل في طياتها شعور الكاتبة بالكون ونسماته كالبحر والطير والليل والصبح والألوان والورود والكلمات والشعر وغيرها، ووصفها المشاعر الإنسانية كالوهم والخوف والظلم والثقة والتصنُّع والعفوية والقلق والفرح والتفاؤل وغيرها، وتُظهرُ معنى الأمومة والأبوة وأهمية وجود الأبناء في حياتنا، وموضوعات أخرى كُتبت بقالب إبداعي يمزج بين الكتابة النثرية والخواطر.
وفي السياق، تدمج الكاتبة بين موضوعاتها وبين الرسوم السريالية التي رسمتها صديقتها الفنانة التشكيلية المبدعة نجلاء سليم التي لامست برسومها شيئاً من مضمون عناوين الكتاب، باعتبار أن الرسم والكتابة خُلقا معاً ليكونا اللون والعبير والروح.
وبمزيد من الإبداع أحبت الكاتبة أن تضع للكتاب قيمة أخرى وهي إضافة صفحات فارغة ملحقة بكل نص من نصوص الكتاب المتعلقة موضوعاتها بالمشاعر الإنسانية ليخرج قارئ تلك الموضوعات برأيه موسوماً في نفس الكتاب، وهي طريقة متبعة عند بعض الكتاب الغربيين…
