يدور الزمان وتتوالى الأحداث التاريخية؛ وتبقى النكبة الفلسطينية عام 1948 شاهدة على جرائم الجماعات اليهودية ضد الإنسانية، كما تبقى شهادات الفلسطينيين على اغتصاب الأرض وتجريفها واستبدال المستعمرات الصهيونية بالمنازل الفلسطينية، وكذلك استبدال الأسماء اليهودية بالأسماء العربية الأصيلة للمدن الفلسطينية وقراها قابعة فى ذاكرة المحتل والمغتصب مهما طال الزمان ومهما كانت حنكة الجانى وفطنته.
من هنا تكمن خطورة الشعر الإسرائيلى على وجه الخصوص في حقيقة مادته التى تتحدث عن أحداث تاريخية ترتبط بطبيعة الصراع الفلسطينى الإسرائيلى، وجذوره فى الأرض. فالشعر حالة وجدانية يحس بها الشاعر وينطق بها فى كلمات مرصوصة ومنتظمة نابعة من القلب، ولكن حينما يعبر الشعر العبرى عن مثل هذه الأحداث؛ فتبقى مسألة فكرة اتساق القيم لدى الشعراء الإسرائيليين الذين كتبوا قصائد عبروا فيها عن الأحداث التي رافقت قيام الدولة، وما جرى بعدها، قيد التقييم والدراسة؛ فإلى أى مدى تحققت هذه القيم من عدمه؟ وإلى أى مدى يمكن انتاج نص شعرى مغاير للحقيقة أو متفق معها؟
ويظل السؤال حول طبيعة الشعر العبري الذي نُشر في أعقاب النكبة الفلسطينية وفي العقد الذي تلاها قائماً، فكيف تعامل مع الآثار التي خلفتها هذه الحرب، وتداعيات استخدام العنف والاضطهاد ضد الفلسطينيين، وموقفه من تلك الأحداث، وكيف تعرض هذا الشعر للمصير الفلسطيني بعد الطرد والتهجير؟ وما موقفه من عدم السماح للفلسطينيين بالعودة إلى بيوتهم وأراضيهم بعد نهاية الحرب؛ في ظل مخطط تهويد القرى والمدن الفلسطينية؟ فهل التزم الشاعر العبري بالمعايير الأخلاقية والانسانية للشعر في التعبير عن جرح الآخر الفلسطيني؛ وما لاقاه من أهوال القسوة والعنف، ومن ثم الطرد؟ .
