"الرواية تاريخية تتناول العديد من الأحداث التاريخية الهامة في شكل روائي جذَّاب ومثير للاهتمام. وتطرح على لالقارئ عدة أسئلة هامة، وهي: هل تريد أن تعود إلى الماضي لتعيش في قلعة مليئة بالقتلة أو كما عُرِفوا في التاريخ بالـ""حشاشين""، أم تريد أن تجلس مع البابا في مكتبه وتقرر معه كيف سيبدؤون الحروب الصليبية وكيف سيلعبون بإيمان الناس لإقناعهم بأن الرب يريد منهم أن يذهبوا إلى القدس. أمَّا السؤال الآخر الذي لا بد وأن نسأله هو؛ هل تريد أن تعيش في الماضي والحاضر معًا؟ هل تريد أن تعيش في باريس القرن العشرين وعلى وجه الخصوص عام 2015، وثم تعود فجأة إلى مصر أيام حكم إخناتون؟ هذه رواية لن تطوف بك العالم فقط، بل ستطوف بك التاريخ. وستحملك إلى أجواء مليئة بالمؤامرات والمغامرة والحب، ورجل يوهم أتباعه بأنه يمتلك مفاتيح الفردوس، وآخر يوهم أتباعه من المؤمنين بأن الرب يريدهم أن يقتلوا ليدخلوا نعيمه.
أمَّا المؤلف فحصل عام 2013 على جائزة ""مفكر العام"" The Intellectual Official of the Year، وحصل عام 2014 على جائزة ""اكتشاف العام"" أو Discovery of the Year والتي تمنحها مجلة ""دي فاكتو"" الاجتماعية والسياسية. حصل على درجتي ماجيستير في الحقوق الدولية وفي الإدارة العامة. ويعمل ""ماليان"" محاضرًا للعلاقات العامة وأخلاقيات التواصل في معهد الشرطة التعليمي بقسم علم الاجتماع بجامعة مدينة ""يريفان"" الأرمينية. عمل محللًا سياسيًا بمركز ""بروكسي"" للعلاقات العامة ثم قام بتأسيس شركته الخاصة لاحقًا.
