كنت حديثة العهد بتلك البلدة؛ حيث نُقلت إليها مؤخرًا، ولنلقى بها حكاية طويلة ونضالًا كبيرًا، قد يتسنّى لي أنْ أقُصّه لكم في وقت لاحق، على أيّ حال كانت المرّة الأولى التي أُغادر فيها القاهرة بعد أنْ أنهيتُ دراستي الجامعيّة بطِبِّ عَين شمس؛ فقد كنتُ مِن المُتفوِّقين دائمًا.
