قصص الأنبياء هو أهم قصص عرفته البشرية.. يعشقه الكبار والصغار.. وكانت تستهويني قراءته وأنا صغير.. وعندما كبرت في السن زاد اهتمامي بدراسة هذا القصص ولاحظت استمرار حب الأطفال لقراءته مع الشكوى من وجود أحداث غير مفهومة، فقررت أن أكتب لهم هذا الكتاب بشكل عصري مبسط يلائم طفل اليوم والغد من خلال الأشياء الجامدة التي استخدمها الأنبياء في حياتهم الكريمة.. فتحكي لكم السفينة قصة نجاة نوح عليه السلام والمؤمنين من الطوفان، والسكين تحكي قصة فداء إسماعيل عليه السلام بذبح عظيم، والبئر تحكي قصة محاولة تخلص أخوة يوسف عليه السلام منه.. إلخ.
ولم أشأ أن يكون كتاب "أشياء في حياة الأنبياء" كتاباً دينياً خالصاً، ولكنه كتاب ديني أدبي أطلق فيه الخيال، فقد تخيلت حياة الشئ ومواقفه قبل وبعد لقاء النبي.. وقد مزجت هذا النسيج الديني الأدبي بالعلم في خصائص الشياء والتاريخ والآثار وعلاقته بالأنبياء بما لا يتعارض مع النص القرآني والعقيدة.. وقد قدمت في هذا الكتاب ثمانية وثلاثين شيئاً مع الوعد بتقديم الأشياء جميعها في الطبعات القادمة بإذن الله.. ولابد من أن أشكر كل من سبقوني في إرساء هذه النوعية من الكتابة مثل الأساتذة: محمد عطية الإبراشي وأحمد برانق ووصفي آل وصفي وإبراهيم عزوز وعبد التواب يوسف.. وأخص بالذكر الكاتب الكبير أحمد بهجت التي امتازت كتاباته بالبساطة والعمق.. ولعلي أشارك بهذا الكتاب في صناعة جيل يعلم قصص الأنبياء الذين نؤمن بهم جميعاً ويتعلم منهم وعنهم الإيمان والتسامح والرحمة.
