بعد أن هلل العالم كثيرًا شرقه وغربه شماله وجنوبه لثورة صربيا، وراح الجميع يتبارون في الترحيب بسقوط أحد معاقل الديكتاتورية، بدأت الثورات من دولة إلى أخرى، وكل ثورة كانت تشترك مع الأخرى في أمور ثلاثة أولها أن جميعها تجسيد عملي لدليل ثوري بآليات محددة صاغه بإحكام فيلسوف أمريكي اسمه جين شارب، وأن جميعها تحمل شعار السلمية، وأنها في معظمها تتخذ لونا لها، أحدها برتقالية وأخرى قرمزية وأخرى وردية وهكذا ومع الوقت انتقلت هذه الثورات إلى المنطقة العربية فيما اصطلح الغرب على تسميته بــ "ثورات الربيع العربي" الغريب أن كل هذه الثورات - كما سنطالع في هذا الكتاب - كانت تحمل تقريبًا نفس الشعارات الخاصة "قبضة اليد" من صربيا إلى تونس ومن جورجيا إلى مصر، الأغرب انه بالبحث عن أصل الشعار اكتشف العالم انه نفس الشعار الذي كانت قد اتخذته حركة "كاخ" الصهيونية الإرهابية، ومع الوقت - وكما سنرى في هذا الكتاب - اكتشف العالم أن جين شارب ليس مجرد فيلسوف وإنما هو عميل لوكالة المخابرات المركزية الأمريكية "سي. آي. إيه" بامتياز، وأن كتبه التي وضع آليات ما أسماها بثورت اللاعنف أو الثورات السلمية أو كما اصطلح العالم بعد ذلك على تسميتها بــ "الثورات الملونة" لم تكن سوى عمليات قلب لأنظمة الحكم المستبدة الآلية للسقوط بفعل الغضب الشعبي في العالم، بتدبير وتمويل أمريكي، وأما السبب فهو ببساطة خشية الأمريكيين من سقوط هذه الأنظمة المستبدة ومعظمها موالية لها، وصعود أنظمة وطنية تتوقف عن تبعيتها للعم سام، مما يعرض المصالح الأمريكية للخطر، وكما سنرى في الكتاب فإن ثورات جين شارب هي طبخة أمريكية هدفها استباق سقوط انظمة الطغيان التي صنعتها أمريكا بنفسها، أو ساهمت هي في صنعها.
في هذا الكتاب سنتناول شخصية صاحب ثورات الألفية الثالثة جين شارب الذي صاغ بإحكام أخطر دليل عملي لإسقاط الأنظمة، وكيف استطاع تحويل كتبه التي تحمل أفكاره ونظرياته وآلياته وتكتيكاته إلى ثورات على أرض الواقع، كما سنتناول بالتفصيل الشرح والتعليق على أشهر وأخطر كتب شارب وهو كتابه أو دليل ثوراته "من الديكتاتورية إلى الديمقراطية" وكذلك دوره في ثورات جمهوريات الاتحاد السوفييتي القديم، وكذلك ثورات ما يعرف بالربيع العربي، هذا الكتاب يتناول الدور المشبوه الذي يلعبه شارب والذي يمكن أن يمتد تأثيره لعشرات السنين.
