كارانا هي تلك الفتاة التي عاشتْ سنوات بمفردها على جزيرة الدلافين الزرقاء. وعامًا بعد عام، ظلت تنتظر أن تأتي سفينة وتنقذها. ولكن بينما كانتْ تنتظر، حافظت على حياتها ببناءِ بيت لها، وصُنع الأسلحة، والبحث عن الطعام، ومقاتلة أعدائها من الكلاب البرية. إن قصتها ليست مجرد مغامرة غير عادية من أجل البقاء، وإنما هي قصة عن جمال الطبيعة واكتشاف الذات أيضًا.
