هذا الكتاب يعتبر محاولة لوضع خطوة على الطريق الطويل، وإيقاظ الحس والوعي الإسلامي بأبعاد ((الفروض الكفائية))، التي تتطلب توفر الكفاءات في المجالات المتعددة، لتحقيق الكفايات، لعل هذا الإحساس يتحول إلى إدراك لأهمية هذه الفروض في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة للمجتمع، وتوسيع دائرة البعد الديني، واستشعار الثواب والعقاب للفعل الإنساني، وإعادة القيم الدينية إلى خضم الحياة، والانطلاق منها لتحقيق سائر التخصصات، التي يتولد معها إعادة بناء شبكة العلاقات الاجتماعية وحماية المجتمع من التفكك والتخلف، وإناطة الأمور بأهلها، بأهل الخبرة والتحول إلى بناء ((أهل حل وعقد)) منطلق م ((الفروض الكفائية))، حيث الأعمال في الحياة لا تتطلب مهارات واحدة، وميول واحدة، وإنما ((... كل ميسر لما خلق له))، كما قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم، وكأن بين المهارات والأعمال تواعدا والتقاء. إن مسألة الوعي ((بالفروض الكفائية)) لا يسعها كتاب ولا كتب وإنما هي رؤية جماعية استراتيجية، تتطلب فتح باب الاجتهاد فيها على مصراعيه، وإنتاجا مشتركا في الميادين كلها، وتنمية للحس الديني ليشمل الفعل البشري في أنشطته المتنوعة والمتكاملة.
