التاريخ يجري ويسهم في صياغته وتسجيل أحداثه البشر، وكل إنسان مهما كبر أو صغر له إسهام في تسجيل صفحات التاريخ، وقد تكتب تلك الصفحات أو تهمل، ولكن هناك سجل رباني يحفظ كل تحركات البشر ولا يزكي الأنفس إلا الله، وهو المجازي (فمن يعمل مثقال ذرة خيرا يره (7) ومن يعمل مثقال ذرة شرا يره (8) ) [الزلزلة: 7-8]. واستجابة لرغبة بعض الأصدقاء عمدت إلى تسجيل (سيرتي) منذ أن كنت صبيا إلى أن بلغت من العمر عتيا، اعتمدت فيما سجلته على ذاكرتي الواهنة فليس عندي وثائق ولا مدونات فظروف العمل الإسلامي التي عشناها لم تكن تسمح بالكتابة أو التدوين ظن وفي عملي السياسي في المؤتمر العام لأهل العراق وجبهة التوافق ومجلس النواب لم أكن حريضا على الكتابة أو التدوين، وكل الوثائق والمدونات والحاسبات التي كانت في مقر مؤتمر أهل العراق في حي العدل في بغداد قد صودرت من قبل الجيش في المداهمة التي حصلت يوم: 29/11/ 2007. وقد رتبت هذه السيرة حسب نشأتي ومشاركتي في العمل فبدأتها بالنشأة والانتماء والعمل في صفوف الإخوان المسلمين في الرمادي لواء الدليم). وبغداد في كلية التربية –جامعة بغداد، وفي التدريس ثم العمل بعد حل تنظيم الإخوان المسلمين، والهجرة إلى الأردن والعمل في جامعة الزرقاء، ثم العودة بعد الاحتلال وسقوط بغداد والعمل في ديوان الوقف السني والمؤتمر العام لأهل العراق وجبهة التوافق، والعمل في مجلس النواب، وسميتها (آخر المطاف). ولن يجد القارئ في هذه السيرة أي تفصيل عن حركة الإخوان المسلمين في العراق، حيث استغنيت عن ذلك بما كتبه الشيخ كاظم المشايخي عن الشيخ أمجد الزهاوي والأستاذ الصواف، وبما كتبته الأخت الفاضلة إيمان الدباغ فقد كتبت رسالتين (جمعية الأخوة الإسلامية) و(الإخوان المسلمون في العراق) نالت بهما شهادة الماجستير والدكتوراه من جامعة الموصل.
