نبذة
في «الوارثون»، وهي الجزء الثاني من «ثلاثية الوسية» التي تُعدُّ واحدة من أجمل السير الروائية العربية، يحكي لنا خليل حسن خليل عن مصر بعد عام 1952، وهي فترة من أخطر الفترات التي مرت بها مصر.
في صورة أدبية غاية في الإمتاع والتأثير نتابع رحلة بطلنا الذي سافر إلى إنجلترا ليكمل تعليمه، وما لاقاه في سبيل ذلك، وما عاد ليجده في مصر، ليلح السؤال: هل تغيرت مصر حقًّا بعد الثورة، أم أنها انقلبت إلى وسايا من نوع جديد؟
«ثلاثية الوسية»، التي تشمل: «الوسية» و«الوارثون» و«السلطنة»، عمل يستحق القراءة، فاز الجزء الأول منها بجائزة أحسن رواية عام 1984، كما جرى تحويله إلى مسلسل إذاعي ناجح بطولة أحمد زكي، ومسلسل تلفزيوني شهير عام 1990، من إخراج إسماعيل عبد الحافظ.
عن المؤلف
وُلد خليل حسن خليل في قرية الرباعي بمركز كفر صقر بمحافظة الشرقية. في اليوم الذي حاز فيه المركز الأول في الابتدائية على مديرية الشرقية حُجز على أثاث منزل أبيه. اضطر للعمل في وسية خواجة يوناني لمدة خمس سنوات، ثم تطوَّع في الجيش المصري، واستكمل تعليمه حتى تخرَّج بتفوق. حُرم من التعيين وكيلًا للنائب العام بسبب الفقر، وأخيرًا سمحت له الظروف وسانده طه حسين ليسافر في بعثة دراسية إلى إنجلترا ليحصل على الدكتوراه، وهناك تعرَّف على زوجته البريطانية، وعاد ليصبح أستاذًا للاقتصاد السياسي، والتحق بالعمل في الأمم المتحدة. تُوفِّي في 24 سبتمبر 1999.
