أنور عبد الملك (23 أكتوبر 1924 – 15 يونيو 2012) كان عالمًا سياسيًا مصري فرنسي من أصل قبطي. لقد كان عروبيًا وماركسي.
حصل أنور عبد الملك على درجة البكالوريوس في الفلسفة عام 1954 من جامعة عين شمس قبل الدراسة للحصول على الدكتوراه في جامعة السوربون. انضم بعد ذلك إلى المركز الوطني الفرنسي للبحث العلمي، وأصبح رئيسًا للبحوث هناك في عام 1970.

بدأت مرحلة تغيير العالم لأول مرة منذ قيام النظام العالمى مركز الغرب فى القرن السادس عشر - حلو محور( 1949 -1973) من تحديد حيز الحضارة الشامخة بعد المسيرة الطويلة ، إلى انتصار فيتنام وعبور مصر أكتوبر، بدأت رسالة صحوة شعوب الشرق المعلنة فى مؤتمر باندونج (1955) تقتحم طريقها إلى النور. ثم جاء زلزال دائرة الغرب المركزية : تفكيك الاتحاد السوفييتى والكتلة الاشتراكية الأوروبية وبالتالى نظام القطبية الثنائية الغربية منذ يالطا (1945) والكتلة الاشتراكية الأوروبية ( 1951- 1989 ) ثم العدوان ضد مدينتى نيوريوك وواشنطن الأمريكيتين (2001) .
