كانت الفجيرة قديما موطنا لأناس تناغموا مع الطبيعة ، عاشوا بين البحر والصحراء يمارسون الغوص والصيد ، يطلبون الرزق من أعماق الماء ومن رمال الصحراء ذلك اللؤلؤ الذي كان كنزاً وأملاً وحلماً للأجداد حملوه في قلوبهم كما يحمل الطفل حلمه الأول .
