وقد حاولت في عملي هذا الموسوم " مسيرة نضال الصحافة العربية في بسكرة 1925-1934 أن أدرس هذه الصحافة دراسة تاريخية ، وأن أشير إلى ما لها من أثر في خدمة الحركة الفكرية و الأدبية ، ولقد أصبح بعض هذه الجرائد نادرا قليل الوجود .
وإذا كان لابد لهذه الدراسة من أن تدور في إطار زمني محدد ، فقد حددت الفترة الممتدة من 1925-1934 كونها كانت بمثابة تحد مــن تحديات الحركة الوطنية والإصلاحية حيث احتلت بسكرة المرتبة الثالثة بعد الجزائر و قسنطينة، بالإضافة أنه لم تصدر أي صحيفة عربية بعد هذه الفترة في بسكرة .
