خِدَاعٌ كُلُّ هَذا الحُبِّ زَيْفٌ
فَلا تَأْمَنْ لِقَولٍ أَوْ وُعُودِ
عَواطِفُنَا تُصِيبُ بِغَيْرِ رِفْقٍ
وَعَقْلُ المَرْءِ مِنْ وَجَعٍ يَذُوبُ
وَأَيْنَ العَقْلُ وَالآرَاءُ تُرْجَى
إِذَا نَزَلَ الهَوَى ضَاعَ اللَّبِيبُ
وَمَا مَأْسَاةُ هَذَا الحُبِّ إِلَّا
قُلُوبٌ تَهْتَوي مَنْ لَا تَنَالُ
فَمَا حُبٌّ سِوَى كَذِبٍ وَغَدْرٍ
وَفِي الأَقْدَارِ قَدْ كُتِبَ النَّصِيبُ
